Padua College of Commerce and Management Celebrates Grand Annual Day

Padua College of Commerce and Management celebrated its Annual Day on April 17, marking a day of academic recognition and cultural vibrance. The event was presided over by Rev. Fr Walter Dsouza, Correspondent of the Padua Group of Educational Institutions.

Highlights of the Event:

* Distinguished Guests: The ceremony was graced by Arun Prabha K.S. (General Manager, Mangalore Smart City) as the chief guest, alongside Denis Dsilva (President, Sparsha Seva Trust) and other prominent community leaders.

* Felicitation of Alumni: A special highlight was the honoring of Arun Prabha K.S., an alumnus of Padua School. In his address, he reflected on how the foundational education he received at the institution played a pivotal role in shaping his professional journey and personality.

* Celebrating Excellence: The college recognized student achievements across various categories, presenting awards for academic excellence, sports, and extracurricular activities.

* Cultural Showcase: The formal proceedings were followed by a series of dynamic cultural performances, showcasing the diverse talents of the student body.

The event was organized under the leadership of Rev. Fr Arun Wilson Lobo – Principal, with support from Roshan Vincy Santhumayor – Vice Principal, Prof. Seema Pereira – IQAC Coordinator, Prof. Reshma Reshel – Program Coordinator, Keith Rebello – President of the Student Council, Clyde Patrao – Secretary and Pranam Yadav – Cultural Secretary. The presidential address by Rev. Fr Walter Dsouza concluded with encouraging words for both the faculty and students to strive for continued excellence.
