Inauguration of New Nursing College and Cultural Fest Avishkar 2024.

The inauguration of new Nursing College and cultural fest Avishkar 2024 will be held on 30th November, Saturday from 11.00 am – 9.00 pm and 1st December Sunday 9.00 am – 9.00 pm in the college premises. The inauguration ceremony will be presided over by Rt Rev. Dr Peter Paul Saldanha, Bishop of Mangalore Diocese and Prof. U.T. Ifthikar Fareed, National Commission Chairman, Allied & Healthcare Council Karnataka and Syndicate Member of RGUHS will be the chief guest. The following distinguished Guests will be present. Rev. Fr Richard Coelho, Rev. Fr Faustine L. Lobo, Rev. Fr Joachim Fernandes, Alexander Maxim Monthiero, Ajit Lobo, CA Nithin J. Shetty, Sr Dr Jeevitha M.D., Sr Aileen Mathias SCCG, Dr Sujay, Dr Veena G. Tauro, Dr Diana Lobo and Sharwin Dsouza.

A Tradition of Excellence

First launched in 2015, AVISHKAR has grown into a significant event, offering a platform for students to explore and showcase their talents. It’s an occasion for all students, Parents, alumni and public to come together at a common platform for entertainment and leisure for two days Avishkar as an exposure program, held biennially. It continues to inspire with its mix of competitions, performances and community-driven initiatives. Beyond its entertainment value, AVISHKAR serves a noble purpose raising funds for scholarships for poor students and community welfare activities from the proceeds. By fostering talent and inclusivity, this event reflects Milagres Educational Institutions’ commitment to holistic education and social responsibility.

Events for PUC and UG Students (30th November afternoon)

• Dance -Solo and duet categories.

On 1/12/24 there will be an event for open Public on 1st November 9.00 am called, My Cute Baby Competition.
