Three-Day Mega Bible Convention at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Thirthahalli from February 6

Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Thirthahalli, is organizing a Three-Day Mega Bible Convention from February 6 to 8, 2026, with the objective of deepening faith and fostering spiritual renewal among the faithful. The convention will feature prayer sessions, Bible reflections and spiritual discourses spread over three days. The programme schedule is as follows: Friday, February 6, from 4.00 p.m. to 8.30 p.m.; Saturday, February 7, from 2.00 p.m. to 8.30 p.m.; and Sunday, February 8, from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.

The event will be blessed by Most Rev. Dr Duming Dias, Apostolic Administrator of the Diocese of Shimoga, who will offer his prayers and blessings for the success of the convention. The Bible convention will be animated by renowned preachers Prakash Dsouza of Mumbai and Rev. Fr Cyril Lobo of the Udupi Diocese, who will guide participants through insightful reflections on the Word of God.

The programme will include praise and worship, prayer, meditation, the sacrament of confession and spiritual teachings, providing participants with a meaningful opportunity for inner renewal.

The Parish Priest Rev. Fr Veeresh Victor Moras, Assistant Parish Priest Rev. Fr Milton Souza, the Parish Pastoral Council, the Commission for Bible and Liturgy, and the organizing committee of Our Lady of Lourdes Church have made elaborate arrangements. The faithful from Thirthahalli and neighbouring Parishes have been invited to participate in large numbers and receive spiritual benefits from the convention.
